Overview & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rajesh.in and any professional advisory, software engineering, system architecture, cybersecurity consulting, technical mentorship, digital services, or domain asset transactions provided by M. Rajesh Yukta ("I", "me", "we", or "Operator"), operating from India.

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, executing a Statement of Work, or completing an online payment through our integrated payment gateways, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy set forth below, in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Scope of Services & Offerings

Engagements offered through rajesh.in are professional, digital, and advisory in nature and include:

Strategic & Architectural Counsel: Executive technical advisory, system architecture design, scalability reviews, and technology roadmapping for founders and enterprises.
Software Engineering & Applied Intelligence: Custom software development, platform engineering, and applied AI/ML workflow design governed by mutually agreed project milestones.
Cybersecurity Assessment & Hardening: Application security reviews, defensive infrastructure posture audits, and security advisory.
Domain Estate & Digital Assets: Acquisition, transfer, or leasing of curated domain names and digital properties owned or managed by M. Rajesh Yukta.
Mentorship & Training: Structured one-on-one or cohort technical mentorship and workshops.

Pricing, Currency & Payment Processing

All service fees, retainers, milestone invoices, and digital asset transactions on rajesh.in are quoted and billed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) unless explicitly specified otherwise in a written agreement for international clients.

Authorized Indian Payment Gateways: Online payments are processed securely through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregators and gateways supporting UPI, NetBanking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, RuPay, and IMPS/NEFT/RTGS.
Taxes & Invoicing: Applicable taxes under Indian law (including Goods and Services Tax, where applicable) are itemized on official invoices issued upon payment confirmation.
Payment Security: We do not capture or store your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials on our servers. All payment credentials are encrypted and handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.

Service Delivery, Fulfilment & Timelines

All offerings on rajesh.in are professional services or digital deliverables; no physical goods shipping is required unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Acknowledgement & Onboarding: Upon successful payment confirmation, an electronic receipt is generated immediately, and engagement onboarding or scheduling details are shared within 24 to 48 business hours.
Milestone & Advisory Timelines: Delivery schedules for architectural reviews, software milestones, or domain transfers follow the timeline specified in the respective invoice or Statement of Work.

Payment Gateway Compliance

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparent, fair commercial dealings. Our cancellation and refund terms for services and digital transactions processed through rajesh.in are as follows:

Cancellation Before Work Commences: If you wish to cancel a paid advisory engagement or project milestone before work, discovery, or preparation has commenced, you may submit a cancellation request within 48 hours of payment for a 100% refund of the unutilized fee (less any non-reversible payment gateway processing charges, if applicable).
Scheduled Consultations & Advisory Sessions: You may reschedule a booked consultation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time at no additional charge. Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or full credit toward a future session.
Multi-Milestone & Retainer Engagements: For phased software engineering, architecture, or cybersecurity projects, fees corresponding to completed milestones or work already delivered are non-refundable. If an engagement is terminated early by mutual agreement, any advance balance paid toward future, uninitiated milestones will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Domain Name & Digital Asset Transfers: Once a domain name auth-code has been released or registry transfer/push has been initiated to the buyer's registrar account, the transaction is final and non-refundable. If a transfer cannot be initiated from our side within the agreed window, 100% of the payment is refunded.
Duplicate or Failed Transactions: In the event of an accidental duplicate payment or a transaction where money was debited from your bank/UPI account but payment confirmation failed, 100% of the duplicate or uncaptured amount will be refunded upon reconciliation.
Refund Processing Timeline & Mode: Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of confirmation and are credited strictly back to the original payment method (source bank account, UPI ID, or credit/debit card used for the transaction) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to standard banking and RBI settlement cycles.

Client Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate identity, billing, and project information and to use our website and services solely for lawful business purposes. You must not use this website or any deliverable for unlawful activities, unauthorized security testing against third parties without consent, fraudulent transactions, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, all original content, design, and branding on rajesh.in remain the intellectual property of M. Rajesh Yukta. Client-specific deliverables, codebases, or architectural documents transfer upon full payment of the agreed milestone fees. All private enquiries and client materials shared with us are treated with strict confidentiality.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Advisory and engineering services are provided with high professional care and diligence. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the total aggregate liability of M. Rajesh Yukta for any claim arising out of or relating to an engagement shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client for the specific milestone or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, including the Refund & Cancellation Policy, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
